Term & Condition

Hires are confirmed once we receive your booking request and send a written confirmation with the car, dates, rate, and pickup point. The daily rate covers the vehicle, full insurance, standard mileage, and 24/7 roadside assistance.

Fuel policy is like-for-like: the car arrives with a full tank and should return full, otherwise refuelling is billed at the local pump price plus a small service fee. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are free; later cancellations attract one day's hire.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what a hire needs: your name, contact details, licence information, and trip dates. Booking enquiries submitted through our forms are stored securely and used solely to arrange your rental and follow-up support.

Newsletter subscribers receive trip ideas and fleet news, and can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We never sell personal data, and payment details are processed by our certified checkout provider — card numbers never touch our servers.

Legal Notice

Roamwheel Car Hire operates the vehicle fleet and services described on this website. All content, photography, rates, and availability are provided in good faith and may change with demand and season.

Drivers are responsible for tolls, traffic fines, and damage beyond normal wear incurred during the hire. In the event of a dispute, the hire agreement signed at pickup, together with these terms, forms the complete contract.

Accessibility

We aim for this website to be usable by everyone, following WCAG 2.1 AA guidance: keyboard-navigable menus and accordions, visible focus states, labelled form fields, sufficient colour contrast, and reduced-motion support for visitors who request it.

If you meet any barrier while booking — online or at our counters — contact us and we will complete your booking by phone or email right away, then fix the underlying issue.
